Great question! Follow these tips to ensure a smooth, even burn and prolong the life of your BLK ROSE candle. 

Before burning your candle for the first time, trim wick to ¼ inch. When burning for the first time, burn for long enough so that the wax melts to the edge of the jar. Be sure to give yourself a couple of hours when you first burn to make sure you achieve an even burn pool! 

Be sure to trim the wick to ¼ inch every time you light the candle and make sure the wax melts to the edges each time. This will keep your candle burning evenly and consistently. 

Because they are natural and hand-made! We don’t use any additives in our candles, so they may have slight imperfections. This is normal in and doesn’t impact how your candle will burn.

Yes! We use 100% vegan soy wax and our fragrances are vegan and cruelty free. We also avoid fragrances that contain phta…. And other harmful ingredients.

Unfortunately, not. Given our size, taking back used vessels is not something we can accommodate. We encourage you to repurpose your jar.
